fourth of july

We look forward to any kind of celebration around here and we usually do it up right:)

So the fourth of July was no different.  We had a big potluck complete with lots of American food.  Played lots of American games like Wii and lots of word games.  (All this language learning- we've gotta keep our English up somehow!)  And of course, fireworks. 

I'm not sure if my favorite part was singing the National Anthem while lighting fireworks. or eating this cake.

either way it was a really fun holiday celebration! one of my favorite holidays of the year! :)
